Skaggs is one of the rarer Oregon jaspers, once found in the Ochoco Forest. It's an old classic and increasingly difficult to find. It typically featues deep teals, sometimes white lighting strikes and even splashes of purple (when you're lucky). The more I cut into this material, the more unique colors and patterns appear that I've would've never imagined even possible. One cab I cut had a plume, which is crazy rare for jaspers! This teal beauty remains amongst my top 3 favorite jaspers.
