Blue Biggs Cabochon
Like Deschutes, Blue Biggs is a silicated volcanic ash, pressed into ripples and waves that just so happen to replicate the surrounding lands where it lay to rest. Blue Biggs was discovered in the 60's when the new road was built for hwy 97 and although material was collected, it was only up until the road was completed that anyone could do so. The original deposit remains long inaccessible and Blue Biggs has become more and more rare over time. Cabs of this material are uncommon to come by.
