Antelope Jasper is a rare Owyhee Jasper that was found in SE Oregon, just a couple miles away from the Gem Owyhee mine. It seems it was quickly mined out and wasn’t found again, as coming across pieces for sale doesn’t happen often. The candy-like pinks take a really nice polish and although it tends to fracture right along the plumes, it is still possible to capture some truly unqiue Owyhee scenes.
